Needed to replace the battery on my iPhone 13. I spoke to Fatima on the phone (literally the loveliest women ever - I wanna be her friend) and she told me that they had the right battery in stock and she quoted me (under R2k). I went in the same day - it took them 15 minutes to run a full diagnostic on my device and replace the battery. They gave me great advice on battery care and my new battery has a 6-month warranty on it. The best (:

Bought from Mobalife twice now already and I am extremely happy with the excellent customer service and expertise by Mogammad and Abdullah. The products were of very good quality for the price and had no problems after one year to date. Also the response to queries are dealt with effecciently. Definitely will continue to support this business, Shukran to Mogammad and Abdullah.

For any Apple or other tech issues I would recommend MobaLife a thousand times over! Incredibly knowledgeable and amazing service.
Lost access to my iPhone. The iStore suggested the only way forward was to purchase a new device; no way to reset my current device and data would be lost. The team at Mobalife fixed the issue in less than an hour, and restored my device with all the backed-up data.

I have had a wonderful experience with the store. I was trying to book an appointment for my Apple Watch Ultra repair, their specialist Mohammed asked for a video call (free!) to see the watch and provided an instant solution, saved my 300 USD. I highly recommend them !
